Added new instructions from the tenth edition of the z/Architecture Principles of Operation to the Opcode tables and the instruction lists.

As per IBM APAR PK87960 various opcodes have been renamed. The missing mnemonnics have been added to the opcode charts and instruction lists.

Our Assembler Proficiency Selftest has been announced long ago. At long last, we have completed its publication.

Finally completed the update of the instruction charts with various millicode-only instructions and all new z196 instructions. Also appended tables with instructions with unknown opcodes and assembler directives.
